Antiguo Manicomio Insular: Next to Museo de Arquitectura Colonial.  Years ago it was an asylum, now it holds one of Puerto Rico's many tourists’ attractions. Since 1965 it was known as la Escuela de Artes Plasticas and now it is an art institute.
